I started this blog to share my health and wellness journey, a deeply personal and powerful experience. My journey began when my grandmother, too elderly to live alone, moved in with my husband, our three young boys, and me. Taking on the role of her full-time caregiver was a significant shift, and it made me realize how crucial it is to live an authentic life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know I\u2019m not alone in seeking support and encouragement, and that\u2019s why I created this space. Here, I hope we can build a community to support each other through our health and wellness journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I cover all aspects of this path, from eating well to setting goals and finding the motivation needed along the way. There are many faces to this struggle, and I want to acknowledge them all. Please feel free to leave me suggestions in the comments if you want to see something specific.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a stay-at-home mom, I\u2019m exploring this journey of family, health, wellness, and holistic living as much as possible. I\u2019m committed to sharing the highs and lows, the triumphs and challenges, and everything in between.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
